Officer Reports:
Seneschal: (Islah) 2020 Officer Budget totaling $2,300 dollars was approved. I’ll be attending Curia at Birka at the end of the month.
Exchequer: (Aaron) Current balance is $10,441.75.
Baronesses: (Tysha & Mairghread) Bhakail Yule, EK 12th Night, the Queen gave out presents.
Arts & Science: (Sara) Bellringer’s Autocrat challenge is Lucky 7 Largess. We’ll have People’s Choice open A&S display.
Chancellor Minor: (Mairghread K) There will be children’s activities at Bellringers.
Chatelaine: (Evalina) Nothing new.
Chronicler: (Randver) Looking for a deputy.
Herald: (Duncan) Nothing to report.
Web Minister: (Raffaella) no report
Mistress of the List: (Brigit) via Email, “My apologies for not being able to attend this month’s meeting. If anyone needs to renew their Armored Combat or Period Fencing authorization, or your Auth card(s) need replacing please let me know. All authorizations and re-auths require the waiver on the form to be signed before submitting even if you hold a current membership card. All authorizations are valid for 4 years and expire on your birthday of that 4th year. When the 2020 officer’s budget is being discussed I would like to maintain my current level of funding. If all goes well, I will be able to make meetings again starting next month. ”
Knight Marshal: (Ioaness) no report. (Hrafn) No one died.
Captain of Archers: (Elizabeth) No archery activity to report, hiatus until Spring. I purchased armguards and gloves for loaner gear. Also bought black and gold fletches and points to repair the arrows that Aaron gave me. The expense was incurred in December of 2019, so I have a full budget to work with in 2020. IKAC: The final scores were posted on the IKAC site. The East took Gold Medal in Open Bow and Period Crossbow and Silver Medal in Open Crossbow. Rupert’s score held up and he will receive three medallions in the Spring or early Summer.
Fencing Marshal: (Ciaran) Practice happening, New auths, new loaner gear. Project upcoming for tunics. Projected expense of $400 dollars.
Thrown Weapons Marshal: (Ichabod) Nothing to report.
Keep by the Endless Sea: (Hrafn) Keep meeting and crafty day is Feb 9th. Bring food and projects.

Ghosts, Ghouls, & Goblins 2020: Bid submitted by Lord Randver for a 4-day event. Bid approved.
Upcoming Events:
Bellringers 2/8/20: (Evalina) Still need a Dayboard Steward & a Feast Steward. Friday setup starts at
noon.
Southern Region War Camp 5/29/20-5/31/20: (Hrafn) Need troll, MIC, camping, dayboard, herald/runner, thrown, MoL, and A&S. Geeky yard sale needs setup help.
Pennsic War 49: (Tysha & Conchobar) Pre-Registration is open. Our land block requested a new land appraisal after all the water damage and repairs from last Pennsic.
Lakewood Renaissance Faire 9/18/20-9/20/20: (Mary) Third weekend in September!!
Ghosts, Ghouls, Goblins, & the Great Old Ones 10/9/20-10/12/20: (Randver) Cthulu/Lovecraft themed
