Southern Region War Camp made a small profit. Event report and Non Member Report have been completed and submitted. Received donations from Southern Army Sunday practice from Hrafn. The cost of the site fee for 2024 has been covered by the donations.

Practice by appointment is available, any day of the week.

Expecting a small turnout of fencers at the upcoming Southern Army Sunday practice.

Southern Region War Camp – Hrafn
Event made a small profit.
Pennsic – Tysha.
Working on camp layout. Info on the camp is available on the Carillion Camp facebook page.
Elks Lodge, Neptune, NJ – Demo
Date is Sunday, September 8 from 1 PM until 5 PM. Elks will be doing the promo of the demo. Two large fields available, can accommodate all martial activities. There’s a large tent for A&S. Elks will provide food gratis to those participating in the demo.
Lakewood
Because of the jewish holiday, no thrown weapons. There may be a reduced number of participants due to the date change. After this year, we will discuss our continued participation in the faire.

OLD BUSINESS
Baronial Polling
Two letters of intent have been received. Evalina will post the letters on the baronial facebook page and will send to webminister to upload to the website. Still waiting to hear from Kingdom on how the polling will be conducted, electronic or paper. Not likely to receive a response until after the completion of the polling for Bhakail. Will start the process of verifying the active email addresses of members in the barony who are eligible to vote.
NEW BUSINESS
SEPTEMBER COMMONS
September meeting will be held on the 11th. Library is not available. Meeting will be virtual, zoom info will be sent to the officers and posted on the facebook page closer to the meeting date.
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded. Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
