Seneschal:
No news is good news. Meeting room reserved through June.
Baron and Baroness:
Mike, Lois, and Katherine arrived safely in Atlantia. They attended their first event in their new
Barony and gifts sent to them from us were well received. Their Highnesses are looking for donations
of Largesse.
Exchequer:
The checking account balance as of February 28, 2017 is $7,030.91. New signatory request sent in to
corporate. Will inquire about online account balance access. End of Year report submitted.
A&S:
Great artistic turnout at Bellringers. Classes were well attended, thanks to all the teachers. Sewfest for
Queen’s favors scheduled for March 19 at Mary’s house.
Herald:
Did several consultations at Bellringers.
Chronicler/Webminister:
Page for Commons Minutes is now up.
Chatelaine:
Rugby private school inquired about a demo for sometime in May. Several new people showed up at
Bellringers.
Minister of the Lists:
Did first tournament at Bellringers. Learned a lot from visiting Swamp MoL. Nobody died.
Knights Marshal:
Practices happening, nobody died. Baron Corcoran is now a Combat Archery Marshal.
Fencing Marshal:
No Report
Archery Marshal:
Had one practice. When weather warms up again practices will resume.
Thrown Weapons Marshal:
Have some new toys. Call to setup practices either at Quail Hill on Thursdays or at his home.
Old Business:
Bellringers:
Post-event update: Great new event site, owners loved us. All expenses came in under budget, but
may have a small overall loss.
SRWC:
Autocrat starting to order services. Archery schedule is set. Kingdom fencing champions thing going
on. Heavy unbelted champions finals will be held here. Bardic activities are being arranged.
Pennsic:
Begins in 140 days. Will post updates on Carillion-Camp yahoo group.
Lakewood:
Happening, may be different. Lions club having internal issues.
GGG:
Happening, will get event announcement and save date up. Peach doing dayboard, Hasanah doing
feast. Dates October 13-15, 2017.
New Business:
Anyone who wants to host winter Kingdom events, all bids need to be in by 30 days after Crown
Tournament.
Evalina’s estate tables are still available.
Favor making class at Mary’s house on March 19th at 2pm.
Idea for a Celtic Uprising/Cattle Raids event for 2018 given by Dorian.
