Officer Reports:
Seneschal: (Islah) Every officer needs to get a deputy!!! Social Media is open if you are interested please send a letter of intent to seneschal@carillon.eastkingdom.org

Exchequer: (Aaron) Current balance is $10,534.93. Email the forms to me before commons if you want a check at commons. GGG lost about $500 dollars.

Baronesses: (Tysha & Mairghread) Tysha attended Crown Tourney. First same-gender heirs to the Crown of the East. Largess gift exchange with the other baronies. Tysha should be at 100 Minutes War & Bhakail Yule. Still looking for Baronial Baker! We’ll discuss Runnymead dinner after the holidays.

Arts & Science: (Sara) via text, “I’m not going to make the meeting tonight. I did not read the email and I am now sitting in the Monmouth County Library parking lot in Manalapan. Not much to report from GGG. Most others have the same information. We had submissions for the Baronial Champion, Ciaran, won with his paper cutting.”

Chancellor Minor: (Mairghread K) via Email, “Greetings, At GGG alongside Rosie Pose We had 10 littles pass through our post creating Lanterns to guide them through the night, as well as Spiders, and ghosts. All seem to enjoy the Activities. Rosie Posie Has also agreed to be my Assistant and add me in our minor adventures. I am working on the Activities for Bell Ringers. Ps Me and the family will not be around for December Meeting as we will be in Disney world.”

Chatelaine: (Evalina) All is well.

Chronicler: (Randver) Chronicling.

Herald: (Duncan) via email, “I got nothing to report, but I miss you all!”

Web Minister: (Raffaella) I have a plan and I’m warranted web min. Website plan is a simple and pretty website.

Mistress of the List: (Brigit) Lady Brigit was voted in! Fighters re-auth!

Knight Marshal: (Ioaness) no report. (Hrafn) Monday was light.

Captain of Archers: (Elizabeth) Two practices were rained out. Three practices were held, two had no one show up, the last practice one archer came out. After November 24, archery will be on hiatus until April. If temperatures and weather permit and practice can be scheduled, I’ll post an email to the list and on the Facebook page. IKAC: Thanks to the skills of Master Rupert, the East Kingdom is currently in First Place in the Open Bow Division, Second Place in the Open Crossbow Division, and this past Sunday Rupert shot for a score in the Period Bow Division. There will be archery at 100 Minutes War which is November 23 in Sparta, NJ. I’ll be the Marshal in Charge and will put a tournament on the field, weather permitting.

Fencing Marshal: (Ciaran) 6 fencers at last Hopewell Practice. Went through the loaner gear and so far we need swords & gorgets. There was a child-size set of gear.

Thrown Weapons Marshal: (Ichabod) Nothing going on.

Keep by the Endless Sea: (Hrafn) Haven’t burned it down yet. I’m working on a deputy. We’ll be having a crafty day soon, date to TBA.

Event Wrap-up:

Ghosts, Ghouls, & Goblins 10/11/19-10/14/19: (Hrafn) Thank you to the Staff. There are new champions!! We made new pottery merchant friends. Rupert’s last stand went well.
