Seneschal: Pam is unavailable due to illness. Deputy ran the meeting.
Baron and Baroness: People got awards. They will be announcing at Bellringers 2018 that
they will be stepping down as of Bellringers 2019, and it will soon be time to start the polling
procedures to choose a new Baron & Baroness.
Exchequer: As of August 31, we have $9696.08 in the checking account. Autocrats must
remember that the NMS is no longer a surcharge, but a discount for members. Please make
sure the event announcements reflect that.
Arts & Sciences: E-mailed report – We had a sew fest on July 13th at our Baronial site in Manalapan
N.J. from 7:30 to 9 PM. The class was taught by Mistress Tasha z Kieva. She had 6 come to sew and
make projects. They finished 5 projects for Pennsic.
We will have an A and S table at Lakewood Ren-Faire on the 16th and 17th at Lakewood N.J. You can show
your A and S projects and do a demo. I will need help at the A and S table. I will be vending, you should
also bring something to sit on.
We will have a A and S table and challenges at G.G.G. on Oct 14th at our site in Manalapan N.J. We will
have an Autocrat Challenge of The 20th Anniversary of G.G.G. The traditional gift is china.use this to
inspire your project. We will have a And S Champion Challenge on Create something in honor of or memory
of someone in the S.C.A. that has inspired you. Please include a picture or story about your inspiration…

Herald: Many awards were received.
Chronicler: The newsletter is up on the website. The new web minister and I will work
together to make sure it stays constant.
Webminister: We have a new webminister. We now wait on word from above for his warrant.
Chatelaine: Nothing to report.
MoL: No problems to report
Knights Marshal: No one died.
Fencing: I Will send an e-mail.
Thrown Weapons: There will be TW at Lakewood.
Archery: Practices still open noon to 3 Sundays at Turkey Swamp Park.
No practice this Sunday because of Renfaire ( which seems to possibly have a very nice
weekend – nice for those camping).
Old Business
Pennsic: Wrap-up in October
Lakewood: Is this weekend. We lost some of our regular merchants due to moves and
vending at the PA Ren-Faire. Bad for us, good for them. Everything else is on course.
GGG: The event announcement is up. Will discuss in detail in October.
Bellringers: Budget will be ready in October. Will most likely be at the boy scout camp again.
New Business
Critter put forth a proposal for a charity event with the Methodist church we held Bellringers in
last year on October 21, 2017. A budget of $125 was approved.
The budget for SRWC 2018 was presented and approved. The budget of $3,335 was approved.
