Officer Reports:
Seneschal: (Islah) There are new Covid rules starting soon. They will be requiring attendants to wear a mask and show proof of Covid vaccination or a negative Covid test from within 72hrs of the event. This starts after GGGG, so we won’t need to change anything yet.
Exchequer: (Aaron) Current balance is $9,411.95
Baronesses: (Tysha & Mairghread) Our members, Ioannes & Honig, are the new King & Queen. Hrafn is on the Queen’s guard and Baroness Tysha is the Largesse Coordinator. They need gifts for Investitures. No court at Lakewood Ren Faire.
Arts & Science: (Sara) Nothing new. There will be a table set up at Lakewood, bring items to display.
Chancellor Minor: (Mairghread K) Working on things for GGGG, exciting Cthulhu themed children’s activities are in the works.
Chatelaine: (Evalina) Nothing to report.
Chronicler: (Randver) Nothing new

Web Minister: (Randver) WordPress conversion is taking longer than I thought. Its moving along.
Social Media: (Vacant) If you are interested in becoming the Baronial Social Media officer, please send a letter of intent with proof of membership to seneschal@carillon.eastkingdom.org
Mistress of the List: (Brigit) Received auth for Quentus. No changes. Online submissions are still happening. Make sure auth paperwork is clear.
Captain of Archers: (Elizabeth) Archery can resume with current laws. Contact tracing & masks required. Sunday after Lakewood for practice. Elizabeth is new Southern Region Archery Commander.
Fencing Marshal: (Ciaran) There have been Fencing Practice scheduling problems this month. Southern Army Sunday practice will be at Lakewood. We’ll be resuming practices in October.
Knight Marshal: (Ioannes) no report provided (Hrafn) Southern Army Sunday practice at Lakewood. No mask required while fighting. Working on a Southern Army Sunday practice for October.
Thrown Weapons Marshal: (Ichabod) Nothing happening. Checking Covid rule updates. Looking to step down and Gilbert is ready to step up.
Keep by the Endless Sea: (Hrafn) Hosting Lakewood Ren Faire. Working on getting our Exchequer’s deputy warranted

Southern Region War Camp 6/3/22-6/5/22: Bid needed.
Pennsic War 49: (Tysha & Conchobar) Waiting to see if it will happen this year.
Lakewood Renaissance Faire 9/17/21-9/19/21: (Mary) Loaner garb needs to be picked up from storage. Sara is bringing 2 tables and Evalina is bringing 1. Tysha is planning to be there early for set up.
Ghosts, Ghouls, Goblins, & the Great Old Ones 10/8/21-10/11/21: (Randver) Excited about the upcoming event. Thank you to everyone helping. The Baronial Champions tournaments will be held. A&S is a Lovecraft them. Baronesses want to see funky masks. Brigit is getting pumpkins. Tysha has a team for storage runs.
